In a small Northumbrian village there is a unique hall. Once the school, the Lady Waterford Hall features astounding pieces of religious art illustrating bible stories. Over 100 years old, these painting feature local people by Louisa Waterford who lived in Ford castle.
This short documentary tells the fascinating story of Louisa as she takes us on a modern day tour of the hall and we learn about each of the pictures she painted and her motivation behind creating these unique pieces of art which are still on the walls of the hall today.
It also features interviews with people who attended the school.
